Neat affordable accommodation for young families

As a young professional I find it hard to get work for more than a specific amount, I have to pay my car to have the job I have and then there is school fees and groceries. According to budget calculators I have to spend less than R2500.00 on rent. After looking high and low for places close to my work and my sons school I have not had any success.

I started wondering how many other people are in exactly the same situation, work is scarce. We have families that we need to provide for and then after all is paid we have to look at alternative ways of creating more income for our households. This causes a distraction from work and then leads to unhappy people.

What if there was a place for young professional people to rent in a community? A community that supports one another and where people who are working and trying to get to the top can stay for a minimum amount per month while building their lives up so that they have the funds to afford buying a home, buying the car they always wanted or just basically surviving in a already harsh environment.

This community will also allow kids and those beloved pets. Each home will have a fence to ensure families can have their privacy. The community will only be there for people working and that can prove they can not afford a place outside of the community. This is not a shelter and each person that is approved for living here will have a contract with the bodycorp to ensure that they will treat this as any other complex.

Approval will only be once the applicant can prove that the can not afford to stay anywhere else like in a normal complex or simplex. Once approved a proven budget tool will be used to calculate the monthly rental amount the applicant can afford. Rent gathered will be used to grow the facility and once full to start more facilities in other towns across South Africa. When over many years there is no more facilities to build money will be used for charities and to fund young people to go to schools.
