Campaign Story
On Saturday 4 December, I, along with @thebody_architect from @the_performancelab (and others) will complete the 'Suck Fest' challenge. 26.2 miles alongside 4080 reps of various exercises which will leave you gasping for air!
I will be raising money for @ncvo_caymanislands , a charity "Dedicated to the Care, Education, and Well-Being of Children & Families in Need of Support in the Cayman Islands."
If you are able to find a few $'s to support this amazing charity then your generosity would be hugely appreciated. Despite being stuck in isolation with Covid-19 I will complete this challenge!
The 4080 exercise reps are down to my discretion so anyone wishing to inflict some pain, feel free to comment with the exercise and number of reps you want me to complete. I want $1 donated for every burpee suggested though!
