Hello everybody, we are fundraising to build a new building for the school in Kathmandu, Nepal. Located in one of the neighbourhoods of Kathmandu, we founded a English Boarding school in 1995 with only 15 students. Currently, we provide education to almost 150 students between 4 and 14 years old.
No matter where the kids are from, or which status their parents have, everyone should have a chance for receiving good education. The aim is keeping the monthly school fee as low as possible and providing scholarships on the cases that is needed (currently a third of the students are free of charge). The school is also a home for 15 children whose parents are not able to take care of them.
But after everything that has already been achieved, we do not stop dreaming. We want every kid in Nepal to have a chance at a better life. This starts with a good education.

Currently the building that is used by the children is structurally unsafe due to the 2015 earthquake, which has caused cracks in the brickwork. However due to the lack of teaching space available we have no choice but to use those rooms for teaching. We are planning on constructing a new school which could accommodate the teaching requirements for the 100+ students in our care.
We are first hoping to construct foundations on the property to prevent further cracking in the brickwork! This has been quoted at $10,000 US. We would all be so grateful to any support you could give us in helping construct our new school!.
As we have planned, the construction work will be starting from mid of December .For our construction we're hiring local workers from the community. Generating jobs & providing locals with an income further supports the community. We've actively made the decision to not hire a big construction company, since we would like to support locals. We have created a plan for a replacement structure including renders and floor plans of what we would like to build .(you can see in the photos below.)
EDUCATION is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.
Let us, give those small children's an opportunity to lead the nation and world to right path by building them a safe structure to get education.

HI everyone!We have successfuuly raised all the 19 pillars for the ground floor including the PCC . ITs been such a great journey till this and now we are heading towards the slab for the floor and one floor will be complete.The estimated cost for the floor is said to

HI Everyone!!We have successfully completed the foundation work for all the 19 pilllars and we have come upto the plinth level. This took us around 4 months as we were collecting funds and then working . And now we are heading for the pillar casting process then into slab placement. . . . .

Now 9 pillars are remaining for the completion of foundation process including groundfloorThe process took about 20 days including excavation .All of our collected funds are now finished. . . . .

Demolition completed

The demolition and site clearance work have been completed today. Here are some photos of it.Here is the expenditure sheet.Now after a week engineer from the district metropolitian will arrive for the evaluation and then the foundation work will be gonna started soon.Thank you all the friends ,our loving volunteers

Today , second day of demolition ,we detached all the roofing plates from the brick work and placed them over the ground so that it will be easy for the demolition of the partition walls and brick works. We brokedown the walls of the classroom and now from Monday (

Today 19th January 2023, we have started the demolition of our damaged building . It might take a few days probably 8 -10 days for the complete demolition and site clearance .Today is the 1st day and our team have been successful in taking out paved blocks of the ground.These
