Nature of Art – touring exhibition

We are raising funds in order to fund the project "Nature of Art", a touring exhibition taking place in Rodini Park, Rhodes, a 2km route. It is a visual arts festival, where artists set up their artworks in the park, balancing between land art, in situ and public art, while there is music and other events happening.

Nature of Art is happening for the third consecutive year in Rodini Park, Rhodes island and is designed and organised by a local art collective named "Fasmafi".

The visitor is invited to walk on the marked 2-3 km route in the park and meet – in between the river, the trees and the animals – works of art arranged in a way harmonized with the environment.

Various kind of workshops take place during the month before the exhibition, while the results of these are exhibited in the final festival. Parallel actions take place during the organisation of the festival, meetings of artists and dialogues between them, voluntary cleaning action of the park, children ’s land art workshop, tour guides in the history of the park, music evenings, talks, discussions on art and the environment and more.
