Native Animal Rescue and our Black Cockatoo Team are excited to announce the arrival of our first Forrest Red Tail Black Cockatoo chick. Hatched on Thursday the 7th of July the chick is now two weeks old and both mum and chick are doing fine. For the past two week our Black Cockatoo volunteers have been monitoring the progress and were able to capture some special moments without disturbing them. The chicks eyes are now open and making little squawking noises.
