Nathan Andre Journey to Recovery

Greetings of love and affection. How are you? I hope everything is great with you.

I am writing to you because I want to try if I can be one of the luckiest person that will catch your attention and read my letter.

I badly need your help. I thought of writing to you and share my story as you might be one of the people I could run to and try my luck to ask help from you. I don't know what you're think about me, I am sorry, but I will try everything I think I could to save my grandson's life.

On this Christmas season, I am knocking to your good heart by saving a precious life . My grandson is in the NICU of Riverside Hospital here in Bacolod City, Philippines since November 20, 2017, a premature baby of 29 weeks, struggling and fighting for his life.

With the complications of premature baby, 6 times intubated, right side lungs collapsed, fungal on blood and platelet going down, Nathan is still admitted to the hospital up to this time. We are anxiously waiting for his desired weight to be achieved and for him to have a good sign of feeding so we can bring him home. What is pressing our family right now is the huge sum of the hospital bills to settle. As of this writing, Nathan is now on his 60th day in the hospital. With almost 1 million in Peso bill now.😞😞😞

My heart breaks to witness my grandson's situation and could not cover his hospitalization. We have already seek for help and gone to some government associations but unfortunately they said they have no available funds anymore. We have already done 2 "events for a cause" just to raise funds for Nathan's journey to recovery. Our hospital bill is almost 1M pesos and is adding up more every single day 😞😢 Not to mention the borrowed money from our supportive friends and families. Our account from billing department was ordered to close and that they cannot give medicines for the baby anymore. Instead, we have to buy his medicines in cash outside because of the huge amount we had in the hospital. Nathan is fighting for his life since admitted. He deserves all the chance to survive. Please help us support his journey to recovery so that we can buy his medical needs. We can provide his medical abstract if you request to.
