NASA: A Mission Back Home

I am raising money on behalf of a friend for her university fees. In order to get the money from her home country to here she has to deal with an external third party. During the process, she got cheated by this one individual under the third party organisation. The guy took almost 1300 usd dollars and fled off. That 1300 usd dollars is for her upcoming semester and she has to pay before September. She is currently undertaking the American Degree Program to pursue her dream in studying in the astronomy field. She has a big dream which is working with NASA and i hate to see this dream get buried because of someone else. I urge for all of you if you could fund and help my friend to pursue her dreams in going back to (America: Home) as how she would call it. Every helping hand would contribute to the nation as well as her dreams to work in NASA would be pursued by this help.
