NAMPOL authentic ricebox

Me and my fiancee are working on creating a fastfood line offering a fusion of fried rice and noodle based on traditional recipe and international toppings like bratwurst, mozzarella, and such.

Named "NAMPOL authentic ricebox" we are just a one month old micro business at the moment, occupying a 3 by 6 square meter lot on an outdoor foodcourt called Rasuna Garden Food Street, which is located on Central Epicentrum Street No. 325 in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

What gives us confidence is the fact that during our one week operational trial period we already gained more than 10 recurring customers - some of which voluntarily spread the words and brought their friends in.

Our final Standard Operational Procedures enables anyone without any cooking knowledge to create the dishes in bulk with no noticable difference in quality, with my fiancee as the first test subject as he has no cooking experience prior to NAMPOL. We are currently already at the stage of marketing our NAMPOL for its online presence and sales. And this is where we need help with, especially with most of our very limited budget already spent on rushing the operational testing period. Said marketing plan involves working with food bloggers, doing a daring campaign of "buy 1 online & get 1 free per day for 7 days straight by visiting our stall" promo, low budget digital voucher, and some more.
