My son operation for Tethered spinal cord syndrome

My son had a Sacrococcygeal Teratoma (SCT) after birth and went through to an operation when he was 2 months old. The operation was successful but when he turned 1 we noticed that he has no control in pooping, urinating and most of the time he walks by his heels.

Now he is turning 7 years old but the condition still the same. We have consulted a Neurologist and found that he needs another operation for Tethered Cord Spinal Cord Syndrome that will cost 300,000.00 PHP. Target date for his operation is March 19, 2019 at Philippine General Hospital (PGH) and if the operation will not proceed, possible my son's spinal cord will break and he will be crippled for the rest of his life..
