Help me finalise my divorce

On Oct 08 2017, after just 3 1/2 years of marriage, my husband, who is a liar and a cheater, asked me for a divorce. This after he for 3 years refused to acknowledge that we are legally married and married CoP. Other than urging me to leave the marital home as soon as possible, he did nothing to get the divorce proceedings underway. He refused to pay the rent on alternative accommodation for me, so I spend time living in PE with a friend for a few weeks and returning to the marital home in Waterfall KZN for a few weeks.

In the meantime have filed for divorce and summons was served on him on 16 April 2018. I officially left the marital home, on the insistance of my attorney, on 19 April 2018. Because I had a 4m x 4m room in my friends house to move into and being married in community of property, I was not able to take any furniture or appliances with me.

I ran out of cash to continue with the divorce proceedings and despite having a court order compelling him to pay my legal fees and pay me maintenance, he is not paying for anything right now. I have a feeling he squandered the money and now also don't have funds despite driving a Jaguar F-Pace and a Harley Davidson.

I need funds to pay my attorney to get this divorce finalised and to go to KZN and retrieve at least the furniture and appliances I had before we got married. I would also like to bring my cat down as I am moving to George and I am allowed to have my cat on the property.

In order to help and support me, my brother and his wife took out a loan to buy a business which I will run along the Garden Route.
