Subsidy for overseas degree

I am 26 years old from singapore trying to enroll into university in a course of physiotherapist from curtin university or university of western australia.

My application have been rejected by my local university in 2017 and 2018 (As shown in the screenshot). Most probably due to my average grades.

My only option left is to study in an overseas university in Perth where my course is being offered. However, cost is an issue.

The reason is because, both my parents were working in the past and supporting the family. However, last year, the company which my dad was working for closed down and this left him jobless. Given his age at 56 years old, it is impossible for him to find another well paying job to support my wish to study overseas, as my course would be a 4 year course which would incur huge expenses.

Therefore, i seek your help in making my dream come true. I would keep in contact with you and share my joy of graduating with you. Thankyou.
