Campaign Story
My wife, Brittany, is an amazing Mommy, wife and student. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University, studying for her undergrad degree in economics. She also works full time as a paraeducator (para professional) at the elementary school that our three wonderful children attend. I am in the midst of switching careers and while the change is great, it has put enormous strain on our financial stability. Our children's education as well as my wife's is top priority for me. I want to alleviate as much stress from her life as possible. She is doing great in school with a GPA of 3.85. The financial aid entities look at income from two years ago as a deciding factor on how much aid you receive. This is not practical because living expenses consume much of our income, besides how relevant is income from two years ago in relation to a person's needs today? We don't have auto loans or any loans on "toys". We live well below our means, and make our income stretch. $10,000 will pay for one year of tuition.
