My wife need operation as soon as possible

Hi i am applealing if there is any help around the world to help me raise this fund as soon as possible for my wife operation to be done as i am the sole breadwinner with a small pay which is not enough even thou i give my full 1 month pay plus selling my stuff i manage to raise $3.1k and i still short of 90.without this amount the operation will be hold and it will cost me more problem as the hospital bill will accumulate .. please any kind soul to help me and i am not asking much just a dollar to make a mirracle for my wife to be operate.. i am begging for my wif
