So, i used to be 140kgs at one point of my life... Depressed all the time about not being healthy and attractive to other people was reflecting on my mental health. My sister pushed a button on me one day and 6 month after that i weighted myself and the scale showed me something that i haven't seen in years.. 80kgs. The problem now is that i have a bunch of loose skin on my stomach and legs and my dream now is to be able to finish my transformation. I would be very thankful to everyone that decide they can help with whatever they can :). I would also love if anyone has some question and help with the things i did to lose the weight to contact me and i will do the best i can to provide the methods i used. Kisses :)
