My wedding needs help

Hello my name is Sara, I live in Qatar with my brother and my younger sister. I'm engaged since a year and I'm supposed to hold my wedding on September 20th same day of my birthday.I study and work as a part time job in Qatar University and I had a good saving about QR24000 (6590$) But unfortunately my brother had a car accident on last March and of course I helped my brother to cover his stays in hospital and help him to buy a new car because his car was completely destroyed! Now I don't have much money to prepare for my wedding. My fiancé is in a small budget and we decided earlier to help each other from the beginning by dividing the cost of the wedding in half so I couldn't ask him for more because I know he can't afford it. All I have now is just my basics as a bride and I still have to buy the bridal gown, bridal shoes, booking makeup artist and hairstylist, booking music band, and a reservation for a honeymoon hotel. No need to tell how expensive it is to live in Qatar and how hard it is to prepare as a bride with low prices. I mean the wedding gown itself cost starts at QR7000 (1922$) and the list goes on. I hope you can help me to make the my wedding and make me happy and of course I appreciate everything you do to help even it's little.
