My Wedding

I wasn't planning on doing a wedding but I wanted my family and friends to see me walk down the isle. I have fallen short on money due to me having to be out of work with health issues and having surgery. My fiance of 9 years had to quit his job to take care of our three girls while I recover, and now I am planning to go in for another surgery. Pleas help!! Anything would help. Thanks in advance.
