my two minor children are kidnapped and missing

On April 28th 2020 Alexander Abreu (4) and Cristiano Abreu (2) were abducted to Russia by my ex wife. The government has not been able to do anything for me expect flag the children passports and grant motion for the return of my children in America. Unfortunately this Emergency of pick up order is not recognized in Russia because it is not of the Hague Convention and there exists other laws.

It has been already 1 year and I have not talked or heard from my children in any way shape or form because the mother does not reach out to me and threatened me to send her money and in additional also not seeing my children. This is a painful time in my life I wouldn't wish any loving parent to endure. The only way I have a 30% percent chance of winning and getting my custody recognized in Russia is by hiring an attorney that work with the US embassy in Moscow. They are asking for a min of $9000 to $15,000 to cover the fee's, travel expenses where the kids are located and the court that work for that district. I have no money to take this fight to Russia. My kids are in danger as the mother has history of mental illness. I am desperate and beg that someone helps me in this fight to return my children back to the US where they are born where my children can grow up in a healthy environment and a country where they will have a future.
