My story for the right and dream to education

So! This story goes a long time back. I've always wanted to be a musician and for a very long time I wanted to be a professional musician. And that's how it all started. At an early age I started taking piano lessons, singing lessons and learning as much as I could about the history of this world, the world to soon be my whole life. The years passed, my experience grew and when it was time for the next step I studied hard and was able to go to the university (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and study music in a much more professional way.

There I fell in love with and studied Composition, the art of creating music, and it was at that time that all the difficulties started. I'm from Greece, everyone knows about the economic crisis, and of course I was one of it's victims. The only source of income in my family is my mother (my parents are divorced), and she was low paid and when the crisis came her payment got an even bigger hit. We were unable to sustain many of our daily life's aspects, so I had to find a job and of course that wasn't easy (It still isn't). The other side effect of this situation was that with all these problems my studies took a hit. I didn't have much time to study, I didn't have the required money and so I had to return home away from the university which made everything much more difficult.

Against all odds though, I came through! I studied even harder, worked in harder jobs (even out of my country), I survived through many hardships and I got my diploma! Now I'm going forward to the next step and I applied for my Master's Degree at the Lulea University in Sweden! But the funds and expenses required for living and studying there are way out of my ability to cover. That's why I need and ask for your help and support, since I have no other way to pursue my dream and the right to an equal chance for all to education!
