My special sister needs a helping hand

My sister was born with Microcephaly, her right ear was also deformed during my mother's pregnancy. During my mother's 3 month pregnancy she got sick for awhile (asthma), and confined to a hospital for treatment but in the exchange of curing my mother's sickness at the time, the strong dose of medicine affected my sister's brain & body . My sister is experiencing loneliness, craving for attention and care. She cannot speak properly, but we, her family already get used to the words that came out from her mouth. Sometimes she is experiencing immediate tantrums, hallucinations and being afraid of figures and images. My sister's name Roxanne Martinez, she is now 23 years old, in her life, she never experienced how good life is, in her 23 years of existence she never had a lifetime friend and never had a freedom to talk because of her sickness, when she was a child studied on a Special education program from Kinder 1-3 but did not last at all, she stopped studying for almost 14 years and we cannot afford the education that she needs and the medical assistance that she also need. She expresses her feelings through anger and self pity. Most of the time she is wanting posters of her idols, dolls and requesting for food. She doesn't talk a lot except talking everyday to my Mom which she treated as a best friend. She is in need of medical assistance, and mental cure. We also wanted her to undergo ear plastic surgery and teeth straightening to make her feel normal like other people, even though there is no cure for her being a special child. We are begging to get some help to the people who wanted to share their blessings to us, your donation serves as a gift for my beloved special sister.
