My son

Hi, my name is Rene Smith. I am a 46year old single parent. I am from South Africa,Durban, Austerville. My son's name is Bevan Smith he is 26years old. He is my one and only. His father passed away when he was 4months old, I've been raising him on my own. He is mentally disabled. He is on medication for life. The medication makes him hungry and I cannot make it to feed us because I am unemployed. I am asking for help because I don't have parents both have passed away. It's hard to raise a child on my own but God has brought me so far. I need help because I am also sickly, I have Sugar Diabetes type2, High blood pressure, Gout etc. My eyes are getting bad because of the Diabetes I need glasses urgently. I need to keep the faith and be strong for my son he is everything to me. Sometimes, I give him half of my food because his still hungry. Sometimes there is nothing to give. We go to bed hungry. I pray there is someone who will hear my cry for help. I know when I am down to nothing God is up to something.
