Campaign Story
My son was diagnosed of Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease August of 2016. He was advised by his doctor to have a Kidney Transplant As-Soon-As-Possible! Due to our financial situation we were not able to schedule him for the procedure. As of today, he is just having his Dialysis to survive the disease. But he is getting weaker and developing some symptoms that his kidney is very weak.
A short description of my son. His name is LAURENCE and he is now working as a Hemo-Dialysis Nurse/Clerk at the Our Lady of the Pillar Medical Center - Imus City, Cavite. He is turning 30 coming October 24, 2017.
I LOVE MY SON SO MUCH! I want him to live longer and be happy, enjoying his life to the full. Please help me GET MY SON HIS NEW KIDNEY! God bless!
