My sister’s Hospital bill

I am leshan infante , my sister was rushed into the emergency room last aug. 29,2020 due to difficulty of breathing. They found out that a csyt was raptured in her lungs that caused her to have difficulty in breathing. She was isolated due to hospital protocol beacuse of covid symptoms until her swab result came out. After 6 days her covid result was negative. After that she undergone ct scan and she was diagnose with Tb meningitis. She was transferd in the ICU for 2weeks. We had a hard time buying her medicines because our hospital account was closed because it was very big already. There are procedures that was not performed because we had no money to pay for it. She was transferred at a private room september 21 because they said that she was recovering. The hospital only allow to buy her partial medicine for the day because we need to pay additional deposit in order for them to give us the medicine we need for my sister. But still we need to buy it. On the September 22 5pm in the afternoon my sister passed away. We had no choice but to sign a promissory note for our remaining bill so that they could release her body.
