- my parents are needing help they are on a fixed income there hot water tank went out they are boiling water and a washer my mother is washing clothes in the tub on top of everything going out on them there only vehicles went out my dad lives on oxygen 24-7 my mom has health problems to they have to get to dr all the time my dad only has 15% of his lungs left I helped as much as I can my parents are in there years plz help whatever you can th
