My own salon

I have been struggling running my own small business for 5 years now. I offer a very personalised unique nail service. However I cannot make enough profit operating on my own, renting a space in someone else's salon. I have built up a very large loyal clientele. I am fully booked 2-3 weeks in advance working 10-14 hour days. I need my own salon so I can take my business to the next level. However as my profits working alone are not high enough the banks won't look at me. I potentially could have a very successful profitable business but I don't have the set up funds. I am unfortunate as I don't have any family that is fortunate enough to help me. I am not scared of hard work!! I want this so bad!!! I need some help to get me over this hump as I'm at a stand still, so I can allow my business to grow and actually earn a wage
