I am a Rheumatic Heart Disease Patient since 1998, recently i was diagnosed by doctor in Philippine Heart Center and they advise me to undergo a open heart surgery or called by health experts Mitral valve replacement that cost me six hundred fifteen thousand pesos and my family cant afford to provide that kind of money to undergo with the surgery.
