My nephew Tomas is 22 and faceing 10+years prison for non violent crime and in need of a lawyer who will fight for his rights,

He has truly been through a lot, He Deserves a chance in life, There's a point in life where we just change, it’s true. But how it might affect him if those changes take place while he is serving time may cause him to miss the many marks of maturity he should possess in order for proper growth.

I believe in him I really do; I believe he has what it takes to overcome these events that He's been struggling with, and when he is focused, I see a hard-working young man with good intentions and high hopes for the future, He's still young but almost at that age point where he shakes off the old ways of thinking and grows as a person emotionally, mentally and physically, just like we all do.

He is in need of guidance, counseling, or maybe classes that will help him with schooling or career choices rather than prison time, your decision is important, and putting him back in prison again is like telling him “we're giving up on you” but even those in the system and community can be there for those who are in these types of situations you can judge them based off of his court records, sure it's easier that way, or you can say “hey man There's got to be a reason why you're struggling there's a problem, let's find a solution. I'm not giving up on you, “I believe in you”, and I want to see you believe in yourself. I want to see you get your life together.

don't give up on him please help me show him that there are people who do believe he can become more in life.
