This fund raising campaign is for the medical needs of my mother, Cynthia Bermundo Chocayag. She was hospitalized because of Hypertension, Diabetes and almost had a stroke. An ECG yesterday discovered that she has Atherosclerotic Aorta.

My mother, together with my grandmother and uncle, raised me. We lacked with good life but we were not deprived of appreciating little things that made us happy. But last 2014, my grandmother died because of stroke. 2017, my uncle died because of liver cancer. These years had been so unfortunate for us that it made us felt like everything had stumbled upon. But we kept our faith and stayed strong.

Last February 26, 2019, my mother woke up with a sever headache. She suddenly felt numb on her right face and arm. She also went emotional and cannot focus her vision. I went terrified that it could be a stroke, so I rushed her to the nearby hospital. It turned out that she had a high blood attack with 190/110 and her Diabetes was on verge too. I was so scared but thank God that He gave my mother a chance to survive. She was then followed up with some series of test and she was confirmed to have a Atherosclerotic Aorta. Right now, she has a lot of medications and most of it are expensive. She also has some test to follow, and I am currently looking for some money to pay the test with.

We are minimum wage earners, and it is really difficult for us to be in this situation. I do not wanna lose family member anymore, and will do anything for her to be healthy and live normally.

Thank you and God bless your generous heart.
