Few months ago, my mother, Marilyn Cantero Albaño, was diagnosed with Colon Cancer Stage 4 with spinal mets. It took us some time before we seek medical advice. It all started when she had difficulty controlling her legs, she can't walk properly, then became worse, she can no longer stand. She just thought it was just a simple muscle pain on her legs or merely arthritis. Over time, she had difficulties in her bowel movements. It would take few days for her to discharge. Her face and body gets swollen. She had problems digesting her food. She can't sleep properly, her posture was getting worse. When she sleeps she had to incline, put several pillows on her back and side for her to feel comfortable.

We are trying to get her another medical check-up, but doctors advised us to raised around 40,000 pesos to cover up medical exams and laboratory tests like MRI, CT Scan, ultrasound, X-ray, blood test, etc. Right now, she still cannot discharge on a regular basis, we had to give her suppositories for her to poo.

My Mother, Marilyn, 52 years old while my father, Francisco "Boy" Albano, is a government retiree also suffering from Diabetes.

My family would be grateful and would appreciate if you can help us with my mother's medical needs.
