My MOTHER MARY!!:)

Hello, I am setting this up for my MOTHER who was Diagnosed with Non Small Cell Lung Cancer!!:(

It ALL started in 2009 when I (her son) was hit by a "Uninsured" Drunk Driver. After THREE MAJOR neck surgeries, 2 FULL fusions in my neck and full of Titanium... Well it just continued to get worse. In 2010 my step father was diagnosed with Severe Rhumatoid Arthritis. That continued to worsen and now he has Celiac Disease AND Diverticulitis which makes him now GLUTEN FREE...OMG try to shop(triple price EVERYTHING) and cook for THAT diet for an elderly person who is convinced "CHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE"!!!!

Along with ALL this comes moms HORRIBLE Diagnosis on step dads Birthday Aug. 26, 2014....Non small cell Lung Cancer...2 fairly large Cancerous Tumors in her left lung. Her lung collapsed and she was diagnosed with SEVERE COPD along with Congestive Heart Failure...Grrrrrr PLEASE STOP ALREADY!!

Well now we are in Radiation DAILY and Chemo WEEKLY!!:(

NO real diagnosis on her future but as you may know, Chemo drains you HORRIBLY and her Medications are thru the roof!! I am her ONLY fulltime caretaker due to step dads arthritic hands. Her fulltime care can be exhausting for ALL...Medicare ONLY pays for a VERY few visits and then its is $180 PER VISIT just to change her dressing on her back(see pics) due to MAJOR RADIATION burned thru her back and it is a 3rd degree NASTY burn... YUCK!!:(

Well, with all that said, ANY help would be MUCH appreciated due to Insurance and "DONUT HOLES" cover almost NOTHING now....We can only live on credit cards for daily expenses and WOW that interest rate will bite us for YEARS to come....THANK YOU ALL and have a blessed YEAR:):) WE WILL TRY OUR HARDEST TO KICK CANCERS ASS!!
