My Mother Cervical Spine Implant

My mother Janette Lee Antonio, had first diagnosed with tumor on back of her nose last March 2018. She had her first operation last January 2019 but after the operation she became blind due to damage of the nerves caused by the tumor. The doctor said she had to go radiation therapy. After that she undergo an operation again last October 2019 to remove all the left tumor.And it was successfully removed. But after a month she was diagnosed again a tumor on her neck that affect her spinal. It was found out that the bone has eaten by the tumor. The doctor said she needs a titanium plate. But it cost a lot which is we are not ale to cover it. While she didn't go yet for operation she is now experiencing slowly paralyzed on her body. She cannot stand or move her body. That's why she needs an urgent operation. My mother and father doesn't have a permanent job. And an income.We are 5 siblings and I'm the eldest. we will be grateful for your help.
