My mom has no money

Hi, I'm James, a 13-year-old boy who wants to help his mom so he can pay the lease bills since my mom doesn't have a job and my mom is single, any dollar or whatever it is, since thanks to that donation we can pay them accounts until they finish building the house in which we will live. for now we pay for lodging in a house and we have to pay all the taxes from there and since because of my ex-partner, my mom is out of work and we have no money left to pay the bills and we have to sell the few valuable things we have . thank you very much for reading -James
