My Mental Health placement in India

Hello, last year, I have finished bachelor Nursing program at Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles Universiy in Prague. From October 2018 I have been working at the General Surgical ward in Military University Hospital in Prague. From September 2019, I will be attending Aberystwyth University in order to obtain a degree in Psychology.
Just before then I got an offer on practical psychology work experience in the mental health placement in India on the end of the summer.

This placement costs 250 GBP as program acceptance fee and 950 GBP as a program fee which I need to pay on the satrt of July. Then with including payments as flights, Visas, Insurance and spending money, cost of the program is about 55 000Kč (2123 €/ 1882£).

This program is my new start to education and different view of classical psychology section. I would like to bring to the psychology a new extraordinary gloss which can help with stigma and tabu of psychology work. As healthworker I can see how much we all need not just medicaments and surgeries but also a big help with our own mental health. Unfortunately thats the main part in everyday struggling everyone of us and not so many people realizes that.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Program in India was created for people who have a passion for global mental health and who are keen to explore how ancient Eastern methods like yoga and meditation can work harmoniously with modern medicine to promote positive mental well-being.
The program, comprised of two parts over two weeks, combines five days of unparalleled insight into global mental health treatment with a further six days exploring Southern India to provide greater context and understanding to our learning.
