My medical bills are crippling, please help.

My story

My name is Daniel I'm 23 and I have a condition called F.M.F It's a condition which makes me suffer severe pain in my stomach, lungs(very sharp breathing pain), and legs. these pain "attacks" come and go with very high fever, except for leg pain which comes every time I walk for too long and it makes my legs swell up and become red for a few days, my condition is very extreme and because of that I take 6 pills daily of 0.5 Colchicine which is the normal medication for my condition and it still didn't help that much, until one year ago where I got approved for an Ilaris shot once a month, this injection costs 17,000$ monthly, but I am fortunate enough to get it for 300$ a month with funding from my health insurance, with the injection I still need to take the same amount of pills to make sure my medical condition is better, with both of these medications my condition is not as severe but I am still in pain quite often so for the pain I get medical cannabis as a pain-killer(since no conventional pain killers helped me) and that costs 130$ monthly and 180$ every 6 month to renew the license(because that's how it works in my country).

I work in IT and earn about 1400$ a month and with all the medical bills(550$ not including other expenses like food and rent) I can't earn enough to save for studies or a car.

what will the money be used for?

this money will used for studies and will help me save for a potential car so I can get to my studies more reliably than public transportation and maybe get a better paying job which is farther away from my apartment than my current job.
