My Master’s degree

Dear anyone who is reading this text,

First of all I have to say, I don’t expect anyone to help me because that would be very very selfish, but I can say that I’m currently in a big need of some financial help of any sort.

I am from Serbia. I’m 23 years old and I’ve finished Primary Music School (6 years), Secondary Music School (4 years), University of Art – Music Department (4 Years) and I have my Bachelor’s degree right now. I also finished University of Dramatic Arts (Master Studies) – Recording and Sound Design Department, I’ve passed all of my exams and now I only need to graduate to get my Masters diploma. To do that I need to do a lot of work which is not a problem for me because I’ve done everything so far and for my 23 years I think I’ve accomplished a lot, but the last thing I have to do is to record a lot of audio material. My Masters work is called (Creative processing of human voice). For that I need to pay 500 euros to my college and I also need a better home studio than my own, I need better studio monitors, a better computer because when I start to record on my laptop, my processor is so slow that I can’t create anything better than recording 1 voice at a time, and I need to record a whole choir… That is not the only problem, my room is awful for recording because I have a lot of reverberation. I need good sound isolation material, studio monitors, a good desktop computer.

I am working but not in my area of expertise. I want to find a job that will suit me but because I am where I am (Serbia) it is very difficult to find a job, and I’ve looked, trust me I did. This is primarily a financial need for college education because I really don’t know what to do anymore and I am running out of ideas. I do have a lot of songs but they are all recorded very amateurishly. I’ve had a friend help me 2 years ago with a music video and he did a good job. He moved to America and I am hoping I can do this also. I want to move to Canada and continue my music career. I do have a lot of Pop, Indie and Movie instrumental music. If you want I can send you links to my songs to hear what I make and what kind of music i prefer. I learned to play a lot of instruments but the piano (17 years) is at the tops of my knowledge.

I presume I need to write how much money I will need for all of this.
Only a good computer will cost me around 2000 euros, and studio equipment with college tuition and all the little things will also cost at around 2000+ euros, so all in all i need 4000 euros.

Once again, whoever decides to help me with this, I just want him or her to know that he or she is helping a really young and motivated artist to become a fully recognizable artist who wants to leave some pieces of beautiful music to this world and for my children which I want in the future :D. Whoever wants to send me any amount I only want to say thank you and hopefully I can make you a song.
