My mother, Angelina Ebona Lasquite, a 60 years old from Iligan City, Philippines was diagnosed last May 23, 2019 with Coronary Artery Disease, Sever 3 Vessel Involvement (Chronic Total Occlusion of the LAS and Ostical RCA) and is recommended to undergo Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting. She seems fine and feels normal but there are times as she walks a distance (10 to 20 meters) she feels chest pain, even tightness in her chest and shortness of breath—common symptoms of coronary artery disease. For now, she’s still on her medication and her cardiologist advised us to have the money as soon as possible (before November ends) for my mama’s CABG. And as a daughter, I pray that my mama can have that procedure for her to have a normal life.

The operation cost 1 million PhP and half of which will be covered by a government agency here in the Philippines and a private hospital in Cebu City, Philippines is willing to shoulder the 250,000Php .The 250,000PhP will be our co-pay which my family needs to seek for assistance and help. Both my parents are senior citizen and the family income is not stable and only enough for the daily needs and medication of my mother. The cardiologist and staff of the hospital advise us not just to prepare the 250,000Php but to prepare more for the unforeseen events that will occur during the operation and treatment.

I am knocking on your generous hearts to help us raise funds for my mama.
