My name is Kristina, I am 45 years old and I am from Croatia. I never thought I could write you a letter like this. I will only briefly tell you how strong I am as a person, even though my childhood was not the happiest because I lost my parents, but at the age of 17 I saw the most beautiful eyes ... the eyes of my current husband. Do you know how to recognize sincere and true love? When everything is ... a friend, a father, a brother, a husband ... We got married when I was 18, and we had a son two years later. We work all our lives and try to survive, and our biggest drive is our small family ... we don't have anyone else, sometimes a little better, sometimes worse, but the three of us always stick together and always thank God for being so connected. As life is unpredictable, so he posed one of the biggest challenges for us ... my love, my husband was diagnosed with colon cancer .... all three of us are holding on bravely, we are optimistic and we are going to fight ... My husband is in the police for 30 years and once he was on sick leave for 5 days due to high temperature, he really gave himself in the army defending our Croatia, as well as later with service in the police.

We found out about the Radiochirurgia Zagreb polyclinic, which is extremely praised and I would like to take my husband there for surgery and treatment, but I found out that the cost would be from 10,000.00 to 15,000.00 EUR. We don’t have that money nor do we have a family that would be able to help us.

We have never, but really never asked for anything from anyone ... this time please if there is a possibility for a charitable donation.
