My little brother really needs your help!

I love my little bro; although he is 16 and I'm 21 but actually he's my best friend and I'm not ready to lose him. Well, to know the whole story please read the following lines:
My little brother is a dwarf, the one and only in the family. He is very kind and sweet
Although he is coping hardly with his health issues and social challenges, yet he's always smiling. He has a lot of skeletal deformities preventing him from being like his peers. Lately it got worse, scans showed severe stenosis at base of skull causing great pressure on spinal cord and severe changes happen threatening his life and might cause sudden death, he also has strong deformity in lumbar spine that now he almost can't walk. Medical care for such kids in our country is almost absent.
He needs two urgent operations or we will lose him or he might be paralyzed for rest of his life. His case is complicated and should only be performed by surgeons experienced in dealing with kids with skeletal deformity and they are few around the world. Mom contacted four of them but the cost is too much we can't afford it.
We don't have any medical insurance and we're not rich. We need to collect money for the surgery as soon as possible. I don't want to lose my brother.
Please help me save him. This little young man deserves to live.
