My kids are losing their home

Long story short. I'm currently a single mother with very little work available. My bills have fell behind drastically. My kids are about to lose their home if I can't come up with the money. I pay $1500 a month and I'm 2 months behind. My car insurance is $283 and about to lapse. I have prepaid power and only like $5 on there and I desperately need groceries. My only car is starting to mess up. I'm on the verge of a break down because my kids deserve the best and they rely on me. I'm Mommy, and I don't want to let them down and lose our forever home. Someone please help me!
