My Journey To Recovery

Hi! My name is Kristine Mae Joanne Gamboa from Philippines. I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder Type 1 with Psychotic Features in the year 2016 but I stopped taking medications and therapy in the same year due to lack of financial and decided to find a job to provide for the needs of my family and I prioritised my family's needs over my mental health. Now, I'm experiencing a relapse and consulted with my psychiatrist about my current condition. I was one of the breadwinners in our family but I lost my job last year in 2020 due to the Coronavirus crisis and my father also died in February 2020. My family is struggling right now to cope on the current situation and also having a hard time to provide my(our) needs on daily basis. I'm here in hopes that you may help me for my immediate medical attention and therapy. I want to collect funds to buy the psychiatric medicines that was prescribed to me by my psychiatrist. I want to be mentally and emotionally fit so that I will be able to look for a job to provide and sustain my needs for healing. I also want to continue helping others who is also a struggler like me.
