My Journey to become a Nurse

Hello! I am a 20 year old nursing student, striving to change the world. I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and I found that the medical field was a perfect fit for me. I am passionate about healthcare, and more specifically, mental health. My ultimate dream is to become a Psychiatrist, and I am now taking baby steps up that ladder. My goal is to not provide treatment, but prevention of mental health disorders in our children. God placed this desire inside of me, and everyday I remind myself that I am walking in his will. My journey hasn’t been easy between my own health related battles, emotional, and financial hardships. My income is extremely low, and very tight, because I can only work so much with my class schedules. My monthly expenses have actually exceeded my income, and I literally cannot make ends meet. I’ve gone down the terrible road of payday and installment loans, and that has made things even worse. I would be so thankful for any financial assistance that you could provide, especially for my upcoming CNA Test. I worked so hard this summer to receive my cna license, with my only roadblock now being the money to receive my license.
