Typhoon Ulysses effected every pacific bordering country. Here in the Philippines it decimated entire cities with over 20 feet (just over 6meters) of flood water...My in-laws (whose house is 2stories) was 1 of THOUSANDS left homeless because of the flood water that was to their roof. They escaped with only the clothes on their backs and cellphones. Im here to beg for assistance in helping my family rebuild....

First floor cleanup is done
Update posted by Clinton Riley at 02:41 amFinally finished all the cleanup from the first floor but the instability of the second floor is hindering efforts. While one at a time they were able to clean the second floor there is still mud that saturated the wood. My in-laws still cant live in their house due to
