my heart treatment

Hi, I'm a single father of 3 young girls, I had a myocardial infarction ( heart attack ) last 2014, there I was informed that I needed to undergo a bypass procedure or at least an angioplasty, It has been 6 years since that heart attack and all these years I have been living on medication because without it I am not able to walk 10 meters without having chest pains, I also get chest pains even when I am lying down, this is because of angina which I have because of clogged arteries, the doctors warned me that I may have a heart attack anytime that's why I need to undergo the procedure asap. I really feel embarrassed doing this, I just want to live and spend more time with my daughters, they are still young and they still need my guidance, if in any way you my help me, this would really be a great gift for me and my children.
