My furbaby needs your help

My Belgian Malinois furbaby got sick and is in need of your help financially!! She is in need of being admitted to the Vet. Couple weeks ago, noticed that it was hard for her to walk. She started shivering. So I took her to the vet. Shows she had an ear infection and her eeft ear was bleeding already. Got anti biotics and medicine. A couple days later, she was okay. Then now she is back to not eating and having trouble walking. I dont know ehat is wrong with her. The vet did her lab work and everything came out negative. I am hoping to get a little help from anyone who cares and who is a dog lover. I love her so much, and wouldnt imagined what would happened to her. She is always indoors and loves to go to parks. I didnt know that she wasnt feeling well because she was always so joyful and energetic. A little help would go a long way. I am hoping to take her to another Vet.
