my friends parents are getting a divorce and he needs to move out

Hello im making this to help fund my best friend move out of his childhood home, His parents are getting a divorce after 25 years of marriage and are selling the house and planning on moving apart. My best friend is 18 years old and because of this his parents said he can't come with either of them to their new homes! He is my bestfriend and I would have let him stay at my house but im on housing and have strict rules about friends staying over long periods of time. He has a job and can afford rent but cannot acquire the funds for first and last months rent before the 1st on january which is when they are planning on moving out.
