My friend is a homeless romanian begging woman with a sick son

I know there are thousands of poor and homeless people, and it is impossible to help everyone. Though, one of them has become a friend of mine. She is a mother, like me. We are both in our 30ies, but she looks a lot older due to a hard life. She currently sleeps in a car and spends her days begging for money to pay for her son's hospital bills. Back in Romania her children are waiting, and I sometimes pay her ticket so that she can go home to them, but she allways has to leave them again in order to raise money.

I would so desperately want to help her not to have to live like that anymore and to make sure she can go home and stay with her children. I do'nt have much money but together we could change her life and give her children their mother back.
