My Food Truck Venture Adventure

HEY! My wife and I want to buy a food truck! We can cook, we have recipes and ideas, now all we need is $$$! Help us bring this idea to reality. AND, if you are in the area, try some delicious food! I am hoping to make this a reality by the summer time, thats when all fairs and festivals and tourists are booming. 

Help us make this come true, and we WILL pay it forward! We plan on donating some proceeds, plus time and food, to local food banks and homeless shelters. 

BUT, the charity nearest and dearest to us is Autism Speaks. Being the parents of an autistic child, we want to devote as much as we can to ensure children and adults with autism can lead full and wonderful lives.

We will service Indian River, St Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach counties in Southeast Florida.

Chris and Jen Schillander met while working together in a pizzaria/bistro nearly 18 years ago, and have always enjoyed working in the kitchen together. Our combined experiences and knowledge will make this a delightful eating experience for all patrons.
