My first vehicle… at 26 years old!

hello, on usa movies i see that teens got a car with their first job, or it was a gift to their 18 birthday, or your dad or someone gift to you their old car, well, here my job wont let me get even an old car, i dont have a job and my family have never own a car nor motorcycle, thats why i am here, please help me get my first vehicle at my 26 years old on this sad world.

if i buy a car, i will take my family to all the places and even go to swim or something, but if it is a motorcycle, i can only move with one of them or my girlfriend, thank you.
