My dear father Alex is 63 years old and was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma in the throat in November of last year. For those of you who know him, you know that he is an extraordinary human being. He is cheerful, loving, unbelievably strong and always puts his family before himself.
He underwent Laryngoscopy and Biopsy in December last year and started his Chemotherapy and Radioactive Therapy January this year. The procedure is expensive and some of his medical expenses are not covered by Philhealth and with the everyday necessities of life, money is getting tighter and tighter.
My father is one of the strongest, most selfless people I have ever known and is always there to give his love and support or the shirt off his back to anyone that needs it.
We are in dire need of financial help to continue his treatment . Anything you can donate will be truly appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Day 2 in the hospital
Update posted by Aloha Lapasaran at 01:44 pmMy dad feels better now compared to yesterday. The doctor said they will monitor him for 24 hours and if his condition gets better we might be discharged from the hospital.

Update posted by Aloha Lapasaran at 01:26 pmMy dad was admitted to the hospital because he has a fever and his blood pressure reached 150/100. He also said that his body is too weak so I immediately rushed him to the ER.Please continue praying for my dad. 😔🙏

Yesterday was the last day of radiation therapy of my dad and his Chemotherapy ended last week. As of date he is regaining his strength and on his. . . . .
