my father is in dept

I'm an engineering student in Egypt, my father is dept by about 90,000 EGP "about 5000$" and he has lost his job and we barely have money to bay for the rent of the apartment, i tried finding a job in my country but the bay in my country is very low i get 2000 EGP "about 113$" for 12 hours a day 6 days a week which i'm not able to do because of my education, I tried finding online jobs I've tried a lot of sites like guru, go transcript etc.. and i got rejected in all of them, i actually have a fiverr account which gives me work from time to time but it's just not working, so i just need some money for my father's dept and i'll be greatly thankful to any one who could help.
