My dream is to be a commercial pilot

Im 30yrs old and originally from Lithuania.I'm writing here as my dream is to be a commercial pilot but sadly I can't afford the training.

I grew up in a very poor family... As a family of four we could never afford to go on Holiday not even to the lake which was nearby. Me and my older sister spent most days indoors in the Summer holidays when my parents were out working 24/7. I was feeling very jealous when my friends were telling me at school all about their holidays abroad. My life took a massive turn when I lost my mum at the age of 16. She was my rock, my world, my everything. She was always supportive for me to become a pilot one day. After her loss I wasn't coping very well I was struggling to get on with my life but my dream of becoming a pilot has gave me the strength I needed to carry on. My parents divorced not long before my mum has passed away, but my relationship with my dad stayed good but unfortunately he's unable to support me financially. Last year I lost my 35 years old sister, who was like a mother to me as she looked after me after our mum's death. She was a young, beautiful single mum who left her daughter behind, and she is now raised by my father although I support them financially as much as I can each month. It's taking me a long time to get over my sister's loss as I wasn’t able to say goodbye to her at the funeral as my passport was expired and didn't receive it on time.

After finishing High School I went to work as a sales manager, but the salary was very low so I only afford to pay the bills and to buy food, could not save any money. Stayed at this job for 8 years even though I hated it because I knew this is not what I wanted to do for the rest of my life so I made a huge decision and moved to the UK hoping I can earn more money and save up for my pilot training.

Here I am 3.5 years later and I have nothing more than a job and few pounds in my pocket.

I found the Baltic Aviation Academy in Lithuania pilot trainings for 62.000 euros so My target is to reach £40.000 so I can start my trainings. I also tried to get loan from the bank, but they need somebody to cover my loan and Unfortunately I don’t have anyone who could do that.
